privilege to walk hand in hand with people
as they improve their general health, their
bodies, their attitudes and even their sex life.

improved sex life is the one that I previously
hadn’t given much thought to, until I started
seeing a pattern emerge. People who
exercise regularly tend to have a richer more
fulfilling sex life. (More..)
