The program of programs specifically for women Freestyle
Fitness

With so many different workout options available depending on time and equipment how do you
choose which one works best for you?  If you are a woman this is the program for you, even if your
short on time, have no equipment or kids running around and can't leave the house.

In 1995 was the year Freestyle came into my life.  The Ms. Galaxy competition would be where it
came into action for me.  At this competition the women were from their late teens to late forties and
all with killer bodies.  Some of these women had four or more kids as well and they looked better
than I did with my non-baby twenty four year old body.  At that moment I choose to have that body after
I have kids.  Although for years my Mom was telling me my body would look like hers, domed to
stretch marks and belly skin.  Not me, thank you George Snyder!

What is Freestyle?  Freestyle is a program for women; its main focus is the legs.  With the exercise of
exercises the Lunge being the primary focus of the workout you perform cycles of different types of
lunges.  Forward, reverse, side, crossovers along with lower abdominal exercises and some for the
low back.  This is done 6 days per week and takes no more than thirty minutes.  There are some
compound upper body exercises to be preformed on two to three days per week just to keep that
area toned and gorgeous.

Here is what the program has done for me.  My body looks better after having two kids than it did
when I was in my twenties.  Its easier to maintain, my hips are smaller, I adore the way my legs look
and get complements from women saying they want their legs to look like mine, I say “Freestyle is
the way".
