“No Time To Stretch!” | This Week
Sensible Dieting Tips
Start your diet with a
food diary, record
everything you eat,
what you were doing at
the time, and how you
felt. That tells you
about yourself, your
temptation, the
emotional states that
encourage you to
snack and may help
you lose once you see
how much you eat!
Where Diets Go
Wrong
When we discover that
we are heavier than we
want to be, we have a
natural inclination to
eat less food. We may
skip lunch or eat only a
tiny amount of our
dinner in the hope that
if we eat less our body
will burn off some of its
fat.

of flexibility over time. Reductions in the joint’s
range of motion affect our mobility and balance,
which impacts our routine physical functioning
status. According to the American College of
Sports Medicine, it is important to maintain
flexibility in the lower back and posterior thigh
regions. Lack of flexibility in these areas may be
associated with an increased risk of developing
chronic lower back pain...continue

As a personal trainer, I often hear similar
complaints from my female clients. “What can
I do about the back of my arms?” Even
extremely fit women sometimes struggle to
achieve the look they want. “They are too
flabby,” or “They just hang there,” are other
comments frequently used to describe the
triceps area. It is definitely not a lost cause. It
may just take a little extra effort and a lot of
patience.(learn more about triceps)
